Giveaway Terms & Conditions
- Organizer
This giveaway is organized by Lofi Sounds, Lofi Sounds - LS Productions OG, Fenzlgasse 49/3, Vienna, 1140, office@lofi-sounds.com.
- Eligibility
The giveaway is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 and older. Participation is free of charge and not tied to any purchase.
Void where prohibited by law, including but not limited to residents of Italy, Brazil, and Quebec (Canada).
- Entry
To participate, simply subscribe to our newsletter via www.lofi-sounds.com. All active newsletter subscribers are automatically entered into the biweekly giveaway.
- Giveaway Period
The giveaway is ongoing, with one winner selected every two weeks (14 days) until further notice. Lofi Sounds reserves the right to modify or end the giveaway at any time.
- Prize
Each winner will receive single a digital Lo-Fi Sample Pack created by Lofi Sounds (approximate retail value: $17). Bundles are explicitly excluded. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be randomly selected from all active email subscribers using an impartial process. Winners will be notified via email. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be drawn.
- Privacy
Personal data collected (e.g., email address) will only be used to administer the giveaway and to send marketing communications related to Lofi Sounds.
Participants can unsubscribe at any time. For more information, see our Privacy Policy (link in footer).
- Limitation of Liability
Lofi Sounds is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or any damages arising from participation or prize redemption.
- Legal Recourse
All decisions are final. No legal recourse is permitted.
